ROAD CALLED STRATE PROVIDED SERVICES TO AT RISK YOUTH, LOW-INCOME FAMILIES AND EX-OFFENDERS - 300 were served in the youth program. 28 youths between the ages of 18 and 24 were provided housing assistance and 420 adults and children under EF SNAP Grant.
