This corporation is operated exclusively for the educational benefit of the students in the Gridley unified school district. Such benefits shall include but not be limited to (1) furthering educational opportunities within the schools, (2) acquiring and improving facilities, (3) soliciting, raising, and administering funds for the support of Education, (4) improving instructional delivery systems, (5) encouraging community service programs, and (6) including, but not limited to, granting scholarships to gusd graduates for college and vocational programs, and (7) other innovative practices designed to enhance educational opportunities within the Gridley unified school district.

Youth Development

Support provided to amateur athletics and other programs designed to promote character and DISCIPLINE.BASEBALL $3,768, basketball $4,423, volleyball $500 and golf $500

Community Support

The residents of the community suffered economic hardship from the pandemic restrictions imposed duriong 2020. The foundation providrd food for residents that were unable to work as a result of these restrictions. Grocery store gift cards and meals at a local restaurant were provided.

10 scholarships were awarded to fraduating high school seniors. 4 for $750, 4 for $500 and 2 for $100.
