Provides educational cable programming on all Sacramento's cable systems serving approximately 300,000 subscribers, 400 schools and district offices. Assists with media production in schools, coordinates broadband content and member educational technology activities.

The Sacramento Metropolitan Cable Television Commission oversees the legal implementation of the educational broadband network or all competing cable companies and SECC manages the build and operation of the network.
