United4Hope (U4H) connected 180 churches to 83 public schools to see our students thrive and our communities transformed. The four pillars of U4H include Student Achievement, Support for Teachers, Staff and Administration, Family Engagement, and In-Kind Donations.

United4Pastors is a program of Operation Andrew Group that worked with approximately 225 pastors. Operation Andrew Group serves as a community of pastors, for pastors, throughout the Greater Nashville and Middle Tennessee area.
