Agriculture leadership activities the marshall county farm bureau structure of organizational leadership provides many opportunities for member leaders to keep abreast of issues that affect agriculture. Local board members attend organizational & educational meetings each month.

Public policy programs in order to protect & promote the agriculture industry the marshall co farm bureau through its structure of volunteer leaders supports public policy efforts at the local state and national level.

Youth leadership development the marshall county farm bureau supports youth ag organizations both financially and with volunteer hours. The organization is a primary sponsor of the marshall county 4h organization. Board members assist with local club meetings and serve as judges for contests.
