Providing facilities for the hosting of community events and public meetings, office space for captiva island historical society and cca foundation, space for county public library branch and historical museum, and quarters for a county sheriff deputy

The protect captiva legal fund is a fund created by the cca and cca foundation to solicit funds for a lawsuit against south seas island resort that goes against the captiva land development code. Members of the community and all across the country have been sending in money to help fight against the developers.
