Case management program helps clients develop comprehensive service and treatment plans, link clients with support services, monitor client progress and the effectiveness of services received and advocate on behalf of clients when needed as a partner in the rehabilitation process.

Residential programs provide residential facilities ranging from highly structured to very independent settings, which include group homes and supervised apartments. The group settings offer 24-HOUR, on-premise supervision and support services to 22 residents.

Nursing and Medical Services

Psychiatrists and advanced practice registered nurses (aprn's) provide psychiatric evaluations to assess mental status, establish a therapeutic relationship, form a diagnosis, and initiate treatment planning for individuals with mental health AND/OR co-occurring disorders.
