Transportation

Community Coach: Door-to-door wheelchair-capable pick-up and drop-off service to eligible customers throughout Indian River County. Community Coach: 48,257 one-way trips. GoLine: Public transportation service on 14 fixed routes in the county for riders 12 years or older; riders under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

Senior Support Services

Case managers coordinate with seniors (and their caregivers) to identify and arrange for the services needed to support the individual in their home. In-home support includes: companionship, homemaking, personal care, emergency arlert response system, and respite. 463 older adults received in-home services.

Meals on Wheels

Volunteers deliver hot, nutritious meals and a daily wellness check to homebound seniors. 681 unduplicated homebound seniors received meals on wheels. 135,617 home-delivered meals served. Social Congregate Meals: Gives mobile seniors and opportunity to socialize with others while enjoying a hot nutritious meal at five locations…
