THE PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO EMPOWER AND EDUCATE CATALYTIC FAITH-BASED AND COMMUNITY LEADERS FOR CITY AND NEIGHBORHOOD LEVEL TRANSFORMATION. OUR DRIVING MISSION IS TO HELP PEOPLE WORK TOGETHER FOR SOCIAL GOOD SO THAT SIGNIFICANTLY BETTER RESULTS ARE ACHIEVED AND RESOURCES ARE WELL SPENT. The Organizations Significant Activities in 2020: Assisted 3,139 people to Exit Street-level Homelessness, Outreach teams recorded 44,045 Individual Outreach Interactions, the Organization responded to 19,287 Requests for Service, 410 people were Permanently Housed, 43 Projects were Operated, 14 Shelters were Operated, 7 Community Censuses were Completed, 74,403 Shelter beds were provided and utilized through City Net-operated programs, 223,209 Meals were Served, and 3,113 hours were donated by Volunteers.
