Weatherization

Nascsp engages the weatherization network through two cooperative agreements funded by the department of energy (doe). Nascsp supports the weatherization assistance program (wap) by providing training and technical assistance at its biannual conferences, as well as one-on-one support to states and through several work groups.

Csbg

Through its cooperative agreement funded by the office of community services (ocs), nascsp provides key training and technical assistance (tta) to state administrators of the community services block grant (CSBG), the network of state associations, and community action agencies to help promote CSBG'S effective stewardship.

Training Conferences

The winter and annual training conferences provide nascsp members and the network with opportunities to engage in person, share promising practices in CSBG and wap, and receive specialized training and technical assistance.
