Supportive Services

Title iiib :the bulk of our programs fall under title iii-b of the older americans act, known as supportive services. Each program is meant to help older adults maintain a quality of life that allows them to age in the community with dignity and choice.

Home Delivered Meals

Title ii C2:OUR home-delivered meals program which falls under title c-2 of the older americans act, provides nutritionally balanced meals to homebound seniors on a weekly basis. Through healthy food access and regular check-ins with drivers, volunteers, and staff, the program helps seniors age in place independently.

Congregate Meals C-1

Better together caf, which falls under title c-1 of the older americans act, is our congregate meal program. We provide transportation and serve free, nutritious meals at 12 senior centers. The program promotes healthy food access, social connection, and participation in social and recreational activities.
