Education and Community Programs

Maymont offers community and public historic programming through guided and self-guided audio tours of the historic house museum, gardens, and grounds. Garden programs include workshops, classes, garden and arboretum walking tours, children's programs and master gardener training classes.

Wildlife & Animal Habitats

Maymont is home to 300+ animals (80+ species) that reside in native habitats at the maymont farm and robins nature center. These animals are cared for by staff zoologists and aquarists, and have been rescued and rehomed after being injured or abandoned in the wild and rehabiliated by professionals.

Historic Resources, Gardens and Grounds

Maymont's 100 acres are open daily and serve over 800,000 visitors annually through the expansive grounds and historic gardens, nationally registered historic house museum, 22-VEHICLE antique carriage collection, original outbuildings and an arboretum home to national and state champion trees.
