During the 2023-2024 fiscal year, skyline served 410 adult learners, a 27% increase from the prior year, through integrated programs in english as a second language (esl), citizenship preparation, basic literacy, and digital literacy. Esl enrollment increased by 35%, with 68% of participants showing language proficiency gains.
