Time for Change Foundation (TFCF) served 706 individuals/families this fiscal year. We transitioned 26 families into permanent housing and reunited 5 children back with their moms out of foster care. TFCF provided 277 sessions of individual and family therapy for our families. We provided 146 medical linkages.
