Sponsored projects and International Programs- The Foundation sponsors several projects that further the mission of The Ojai Foundation. This includes Ways of Council and The Trainers Mentoring Circle. These efforts advance the reach and scope of council work internationally.
Land-Based Programs
The practice of council is a cornerstone of tof programming. Council creates a place for deep listening and communication that lends itself to resolving conflicts and discovering the deeper, often unexpressed needs of individuals and organizations.
Rites of Passage- We provide rites of passage experiences for seniors, 8th graders, and other high school & middle school aged youth. Typical programs run up to 5 days in length, and incorporate the practice of council, mindfulness, stewardship of the Land Sanctuary, and trust-building activities.
