Leading the Profession

Dsea represents approximately 13,420 educational employees, 45 public health nurses, and 1,169 retirees in delaware. They assist locals in collaborative bargaining and problem solving. It is active in the negotiations of contracts, handling grievances, and providing legal defense if necessary.
