Housing and Real Estate Development

We build and renovate high quality homes to revitalize neighborhoods, increase investment in our community's vital infrastructure, and create lasting assets for families. CHWC offers affordable new and renovated homes for sale or rent.

We enable families to achieve, preserve, and sustain their dream of homeownership by offering free and low-cost housing counseling, financial education, and purchase assistance to homeowners in wyandotte county.
