Due to the continued effects of COVID-19, The Blue Bow Foundation, Inc., did not hold its regularly scheduled events, to include its annual Blue Plate Dinner. Emotional Support expenses related more directly to the provision of meals for sick officers and police families in need, as well as gift baskets of support for officers, spouses…
