Membership Assistance Program

Methow At Home offers free or subsidized service for over 60 low-income, rural, older adult households. The free services are funded by private and public donations and bring support for daily living along with social and educational programming to the most vulnerable older adults in our community.

Dementia Support Programming

Methow At Home is a leader in innovative, non-medical dementia support and education in the Methow Valley. We deliver a community-centered, creative, and adaptable program that supports the care partner and has the ability to meet the changing needs of people living with dementia as the disease progresses.

Community of Care Program

Methow at Home offers direct support navigating complex social and medical issues with a team of professional clinical volunteers at no cost to the client. Clients are coached in advanced care planning and preventative care as an upstream approach to preventing crisis.
