Programs

In 2023 Operation Codes active programs included several impactful initiatives. The 1:1 Mentorship Program completed 93 mentorship request sessions. The Professional Development Scholarships Program awarded 106 scholarships.

Community Growth

In 2023 Operation Codes community expanded by 1,588 members. We utilized Google Ads to broaden our reach to a larger veteran and military spouse population with gratitude to Google for their in-kind contribution. This in-kind service is not reflected on Form 990 as Operation Code could not have independently purchased Google Ads.
