Maana chicken project brought broiler chickens, and the capacity to breed them, into the achuar territory in order to support a more balanced diet that can sustain a basic animal protein intake for the achuar family and reduce reliance on hunting within the territory.

Iitantari, whose name means "our shield" in the achuar language, aims to document and safeguard the intangible heritage of this indigenous people of the amazon.

Ecotourism is one of the few alternatives of sustainable development that protects the amazon rainforest. We partner with indigenous communities and work with them in designing and implementing ecotourism and conservation projects.
