The organization sponsors 6 a-rated horse shows each year, 2 of which took place during 2020. Each a-rated event may have over 100 exhibitors. The organization also conducts 2 one-day unrated shows per year, spring & fall, 1 of which took place during 2020. Attendance of approximately 40-50 exhibitors.

The organization sponsors a year-end awards banquet to recognize champions and reserve champion and placings through sixth place. Due to the global COVID-19 pandemic, there was no awards banquet during 2020.

The organization affiliates itself with other horse show associations in the mid-south so that exhibitors can garner points towards year-end awards. Wthja also made donations to the equestrian aid foundation in 2020. Additionally, wthja paid 75% of april 2020 salaries to workers despite the cancellation of april shows.
