Veteran development program the VDP is a transitional mentorship program for active duty soldiers who are transitioning from the us army's 75TH ranger regiment to civilian life. The holistic program is designed to focus on four (4) key areas to empower the veteran.

Our transitional mentorship and networking program offers a one-to-one experience to establish an initial roadmap and continues to guide and provide support to active and former members of the 75TH ranger regiment. Currently, the TRF ranger mentor network is comprised of over 500 veteran rangers representing a variety of industries.
