Veterinary Care

All dogs are brought to a veterinarian to assess their general health, estimate their age and breed and brought current on all vaccinations, spay/neuter, heartworm test, dentals and any other medical care that is needed. The are also microchipped.

Transportation

Dogs are transported from their place of origin, typically somewhere in Georgia or North Carolina and transported to boarding or local fosters in that area. They are then transported to foster homes or adoptive homes to NJ or surronding areas. Transportation is provided by a licensed animal transportation company.

Dog Adoption/Boarding costs- Fosters and rescues need basic supplies to care for the dogs, This includes dog crates, dog beds, wee wee pads, leashes, harnesses, food, grooming supplies, flea and tick meds, over the counter medication, toys and other items provided for caring for the dogs.
