Workforce Development

Liberty's Station Job Training Program equipped participants with hands-on workforce experience, life skills, and mentorship to help them transition into sustainable employment. Through structured training in customer service, operations, and workplace readiness, participants gained both practical skills and personal confidence.

Amelia's Closet Client Program provided dignity-centered support to women in need by offering free business clothing, makeovers, and employment helps in a welcoming, boutique-style environment.

Our Volunteer Program mobilized a dedicated community of individuals who generously gave their time and talents to support every aspect of our mission. Volunteers contributed hundreds of hours serving clients, organizing inventory, mentoring trainees, and assisting with daily operations.
