Besides the improvements on the blighted buildings, training indoviduals to acquire job skills in construction work is another goal of this organization. The amount spent represents investment on these individuals for training.

During the year 2025, the organization renovated, remodeled, and upgraded blighted buildings in the Franklinton neighborhood. During the year, 860,421 worth of building project had been started. The organization also spent additional 121,207 to purchase land for building project. The amount is capitalized as construction in progress.
