In 2025, lead the way learning academy helped equip over 800 youth participants with the skills and confidence needed to thrive in their futures. Thanks to our dedicated programs in youth development and workforce readiness, more than 200 high school seniors proudly graduated, while over 60 students advanced to the next grade level.
