Storytelling for Leadership

Resonate's core program is our storytelling for leadership program. Through this two-day training, participants learn to redefine leadership so that it is accessible, identify their values, and how they have driven the choices in their lives, and tell a confident leadership story that represents who they are.

Training of Facilitators (tof)

Through an intensive learning process, resonate trains facilitators from a partner organization's staff to deliver resonate storytelling for leadership programs. It allows partners to reward and develop high-potential employees by nominating them to take part in the tof program where they build their facilitation and leadership skills.
