BEK Care, LLC, dba Ethos Home Care and Hospice began in 2014 to serve the Fargo-Moorhead area with quality home care services. Recognizing the additional need for hospice services in the area, Ethos began offering hospice services in 2018. Ethos Home Care and Hospice was recognized as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in July 2018.
