The foundation wants to promote the study and fascination for molluscs, and one starting point is, of course, in schools. We have launched programs for 5TH and 6TH graders in the united states and in europe to trigger fascination and the awareness for nature, with "shells in hands." seashells are natural history objects that can be used…

A large thrust of this foundation has been to encourage amateur conchologists and other contributors for research as well. The different research endeavors, as well as highlighted articles, have been featured on the abovementioned website.

A major thrust of the foundation will be publishing new research related to the different areas that have been enumerated. To this end, one of the board members of the foundation has been publishing ongoing work related to malacology, including sponsored articles as well as books.
