Job Skills Training Work

Run Hope Work is a workforce development program for construction finish trades. One of the primary goals of the organization is to prepare participants for employment in construction trades so that jobs can be earned at the completion of the program.

Physical Fitness and Discipline Running

Physical fitness training is a significant part of this program and supports the overall goal of job readiness. Many of the participants in the program do not have stable housing or are in transitional living arrangements. Additionally many of the participants are in or have been through the criminal justice system.

Life Spiritual and Motivational Skills Hope

Another service Run Hope Work provides is hope training. This is in the form of Life Spiritual and Motivational training. Training in this area is accomplished through hope workshops which includes both group and individual workshops along with leadership lectures.
