Strongminds is a social enterprise that radically expands mental healthcare for people with depression GLOBALLY.OUR proven, cost-effective model is based on group interpersonal psychotherapy, which we provide free of CHARGE.SINCE our founding in 2013, we have embarked on innovative approaches to deliver this therapy model at scale.
