Where the work happens
The organization provides supplemental food and hygiene items to isabella county families. CCN maintains a stationary food pantry at the william and janet strickler non-profit center, 1114 w. High street, MT. Pleasant, mi. CCN is supported financially by community organizations, local churches and individual donors.
The organization partners with local schools to deliver bags of food to young sudents to help with their food needs over weekends. Nutrition club is provided in conjunction with eleven elementary schools in isabella county. The bags of week-end foods go home with children that qualify for the federal lunch program.
The organization provides infant items (formula, diapers, baby food and baby care items), to families in isabella county with babies 0-4 years old.
