The objectives of the Foundation are 1) to allocate financial resources, along with volunteer time to programs, events and activities that support and develop local organizations and educational opportunities focused upon Colusa county's agricultural heritage.2) to provide financial support for the repair and improvement of this publicly owned Colusa County fairgrounds, and to educate the community concerning the value and importance of the Colusa County Fair and its grounds and facilities.
