The mission of the organization is to provide forums for collaboration that incorporate educational programs focusing on environmental conservation and economic empowerment via entrepreneurship. Actai Global brings together athletes, conservationists, technologists, artists and innovators to bring their collective knowledge and social capital to support direct action by the community as well as to support other organizations producing meaningful results in targeted areas.

Due to the COVID19 pandemic, the organization's programs were greatly impacted. The nonprofit organized one live event during the year which included guest speakers presenting on emerging technologies, investments, and ocean-related charitable causes. It also held virtual fireside chats with guest speakers.
