Agora Cuba has created a computer application (app) named Apretaste designed to help Cubans (Inhabitants of the island) access the internet through the use of E Mails. In Cuba, a great majority of the population can send and receive e-mails but cannot access pages on the internet ,such as Wikipedia and Facebook.
