TransformED of MN provides targeted skills development on a 1:1 basis to 4 individuals located in Minnesota and 1 in Wisconsin.
The TransformED of AZ program provides targeted skills training 1:1 within the state of AZ. Through 2023 we provided cognitive function development therapy to 28 individuals for free or reduced cost. Expenses of this program were included as part of the CFDI program.
