Atap's only activity is to be engaged exclusively in the shared savings program as an Aco. Atap has been exclusively engaged in medicare shared savings program related activities with 100% of its total time allocated to these activities. Atap is currently spending 100% of its time in medicare shared savings program related activities and has no plans to change this in the future.
