Weekly Worship and Teaching. Each week the church gathers for a time of worship and teaching. This includes the children's worship time and teaching as well as weekly small group meetings of the church attendees.

Local, National, and Global Outreach. Mission Vineyard gives to various local organizations such as Snack Pak 4 Kids in San Antonio as welas offering various training opportunities for the staff and the attendees.
