AMVETS Post 18 conducts programs and activities related to state and national organization's goals and objectives. As a Veterans Service Organization (VSO), AMVETS Post 18 supports Wounded Warriors, Active, Reserve, and National Guard Service Members, Veterans, and their Families living and working in the Northern Shenandoah Valley with a variety of matters including applying for benefits, serving as a safe space to gather and meet, events related to Veterans military service, and much more.
