The 10% Lifeline was developed to help more agencies receive funding from money raised by the participants of the SMART Ride. These funds are available to agencies that serve the HIV/AIDS community, to fund special projects and initiatives to provide education to those at risk of HIV, or are living with the daily effects of HIV/AIDS.
