Targeted case management (service coordination) provides case management services for individuals from birth through the adult lifespan. Service coordinators works with the individual to find the resources they need and to turn that into an action plan.

Residential services includes individual supported living (isl's), supported co-housing and group homes, and host homes - isl's support the individual in their home and community by helping them learn functional skills like cooking, paying bills, and community involvement.

Early head START/HEAD START/FIRST steps provide support for children - early head start and head start provides services for income eligible pregnant women and families with infant toddlers and preschoolers. First steps provides services for children under 3 years of age with disabilities or developmental delays.
