The employment program focuses on connecting jobseekers with sustainable employment to unlock their full potential. It further seeks to shatter stigma and re-educate both employers and job seekers to shift their mindset around disability from focusing on limits to abilities.

The independence program encouraging individuals with barriers to self- advocate, unlock their potential, and live a life of independence. Incight's independence programs include entrepreneurship, speakers co-op, and the hall of fame.
