Community housing access (cha) is designed for low barrier households at risk of homelessness affected by impacts of covid due to health issues, decreasing wages, or loss of income. Households are given financial assistance and short-term case management to become stabilized to prevent homelessness.

Interim housing program is our longest standing program. It is designed for moderate barrier households needing more time to become stabilized. Families receive a fully furnished apartment on campus at no cost to them.

Home for good program was designed for high barrier homeless families who have cycled in and out of shelters, tents, cars and other places not meant for permanent habitation. Barriers include landlord judgments, criminal backgrounds, mental health issues, drug addiction, and involvement with CPS.
