Non-Contact Training

Our organization offers training 5 days out of the week. We train monday through thursday from 4:30PM-7:00PM and on saturdays mornings from 10AM-12NOON. We work with boys and girls starting at the age of 8 years old to young adulthood.

Competition Training

During the same practice times, we also train individuals who may want to compete. The training is a little more involved and these individuals need to be registered with usa boxing. Our organization is also registered with usa boxing annually. We worked with 15 kids.
