Medical Programs

As a federal qualified health center, JRCHC provides a medical home for under resourced community members, offering primary care, dental care, behavioral health care, physical therapy and pharmacy services to approximately 24,000 unique patients across the east and west sides of buffalo.

Global Health Outreach

JRCHC operates various medical clinics and outreach programs in sierra leone, democratic republic of congo (DRC), and nepal, including primary care, maternity care, surgery, and other inpatient and outpatient services, as well as mobile medical outreach to surrounding rural communities.

Support Programs

JRCHC provides comprehensive wraparound services alongside primary care to address social determinants of health. Programs include maternal and child health education and support, social service navigation, esl classes, legal assistance, shelter and housing connections, and spiritual care.
