Abondoned Mine Land Reclamation

Support efforts to reclaim abondoned coal mines in iowa by 1. Recieving grant funds to help pay reclamation construction costs. 2. Educating the public through field days and media releases and 2. Financially support student summer intern program where interns inventory and gather data about unreclaimed strip mine sites.
