Real Estate Development Programs

This program works to close the racial gap in homeownership by developing high-quality, energy-efficient rehabilitations and new constructions to be sold at affordable rates to low- and middle-income, first-time homebuyers. As of 2024, this program has developed or redeveloped 108 homes for purchase.
