Salem, Inc restor, revive and renovtion program is an community construction rehab initiatives that focus on restoring foreclose homes in the Twin Cities. Salem, Inc partners with several local and county programs to restore homes and get them back in the market to create sufficient housing.

Salem, Inc provides rental properties to help individualt qualify for housing. We take the challenge tenant and lease housing to them but also train and prepar them to undertstand financial literacy to achieve the goal of being more productive with their financials and a homeowner.
