Transitional living program (TLP) served 20 youth (doubled in last two years) ages 18- 24 years old who are at imminent risk of or experiencing homelessness. Within this program 89% of the participants identify as bipoc, 11% openly disclose lgbtqia+ identities, and 4 of the households are youth-led families.
